I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the large, comfortable room with a beautiful bathroom and a quaint balcony. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, trying their best to translate and assist us with local activities. The location is peaceful and relaxing, away from the busyness of West Lake. However, I found the dining options, especially breakfast, to be somewhat lacking despite the ample variety in other meals. Overall, it was good value for money, but some areas could use improvement.
